In addition, he is actively involved in marketing properties, usually doing so alongside members of his sales team. His particular focus is the conduct of auction and tender programmes. He believes passionately that these methods offer the most positive and controlled approach to the sale of homes. He has over 25 years experience in sales and sales management in the financial services and real estate industries.
